(Founded in November of 2021) is a registered and licensed national business umbrella to a multiple-niche business-model, created to govern the sub-divisions and catagories of business.
All branches and divisions of business will fall under Ja-Cari Innovations Ltd.
The first actual division in process the Logistics Trucking/Freight Brokerage (Ja-Cari Logistics). No trucks owned to start, with plans to add a 50-100 semi fleet of all types to carry out client/customer's custom shipping requests. The Chief Broker is responsible for load acceptance, customer/B2B relations, mergers, invoice forwarding/payments, revenue, business growth and strategies. Originally comprised of only Chief Broker, Broker's Assistant, Broker Agent(s), Dispatcher(s), Truck Drivers and Trucking Companies.
The Medical Courier and Delivery division, name given; (Bullet Rx), whom has successfully secured all required documentation that is suitable for the service-type provided. Our corporate main offices will be situated in the state of South Carolina, with future plans to, have these multiple divisions and branches of business scattered across all major cities in the United States Ja-Cari Innovations LTD., will be involved in the pivotal delivery of pharmaceuticals/medical equipment to patients and healthcare providers, specimens to medical laboratories, donor organs to hospitals. Our business goal is to become one of the leading companies in South Carolina (later the entire US), as it will be assured, in all fields involved, yet that of every delivery handled competes favorably with the best in the industry. While providing much more than safe delivery, our customer care will be second to none in the state of South Carolina. Being fully aware that our customers are the reason why we are in business, which is why it will also be the primary focus to motivate all Ja-Cari representatives go the extra mile, and create an extraordinary experience of satisfaction when the customer/client sources patronize our services. In our medical courier delivery division, we understand that the packages we carry can be extremely fragile and (or) perishable, suggesting transport takes on a critical level of urgency. As with any medical shipment, the client’s privacy will be of the utmost significance. As we will provide 100 percent confidential, secured service that is both punctual and guaranteed HIPPA Compliant in South Carolina and throughout USA in the latter.
Ja-Cari's Real Estate division (Ja-Cari Investing & Associates - Realty Sector) - Will serve the Greater Pee Dee Region before branching out to become a multiple franchise-realty group consisting of the standard ranked realty group structure nationwide with the Chief Broker/Owner placed at top.

Meet CEO & Founder, Jamil (J K) Hall
Being raised in Cleveland, OH., J K Hall's entrepreneurial journey began at a young age, as he witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs of small business owners in his community. Inspired by their resilience and ingenuity, he knew that his true calling lay in the world of business, where he could harness his passion for innovation and his desire to make a lasting impact.
In 2017, he became a credit referral agent with a company called FES (Financial Education Services). He purchased the complete start bundle ($300), & was told: "This is now your baby, your business. Make it grow, get agents and clients." From that, he went on to create "C&J Financial Consultants Llc" which is now semi-active and being sold. In 2019, he along with his wife and partner, went on to create "LitFitz - Kickz & Accessoriez Ltd." Which he also created all content, media, marketing, sales, ads, targeted marketing, digital, audio, video, social media management, works etc. making thousands (as with C&J Fin.). Still functional, but on Covid-hold to date. In late 2021 to current, he now owns what we know as: "Ja-Cari Innovations Ltd." Which later became the source of his work. He went on to create his wife's hair braiding booking site, which is still doing exceptionally well right now, as he also assists her with her media, pricing, and marketing. He has accomplished all this, while working full-time as law enforcement. J K Hall worked in various divisions of Law Enforcement from patrol to ERT SWAT, SRO, and Investigations, serving and protecting his community locally as well as statewide since 2008 & medically retired in early 2023.
